Concrete Powder Colors

You know how there is a lot of colors in minecraft and are used to make building more beautiful , For a long time Mojang has said no to Minecraft painting on Planks because they would do a lot of work to do with all deferant types of planks and slabs and stairs i have an idea that will fix a lot of this , why dont we add Concrete Powder but without color it will be the almost the same texture as normal terrecotta and we will be able to paint on differant surfaces differant colors and would allow more ways to express our selfs in our buldings.
