Iron Apple

---Meet the Iron apple! The Iron apple could be a item that would help for more offensive actions. You eat the Golden apple when you have low health. (It gives you regeneration and is more defensive) The Iron apple would be the opposite. When you eat it you get strength 1 and speed 1 for forty seconds. It can be crafted with an apple in the middle and iron ingots on the all eight sides. ---But why? The Iron apple would change PVP or PVE a lot. And would change the more defensive status of the game (Shield, Weapon Cooldown, etc.) a little more defensive. Thank you for reading!

    It's just a way easier to get golden apple with a different color and effect.

    PlutonicPoet, I agree that it is LIKE a golden Apple however it is very different in what it actually does. I think this could change PvP and actually make it more interesting as it’s an offensive item.

    I like the idea, but there's a lot of iron to go around, so it should probably be a teeny bit weaker, or at least more expensive.

    I think this is a really good idea since I find Iron more often than Gold so this would be more useful for me in boss fights. I think it should give you Strength, Increased Attack Speed for Java, Increased chance for a critical hit and a decreased crossbow cooldown.
