Better Soul Healer

Soul Healer needs to be better.
-Doesn't fully heal you (maximum healed is ~2400 HP at power 108 with 20 souls)
-Uses a ton of souls
-If your pet is lower HP than you, your pet gets healed, not you, even if you are super low on HP.

If the Soul Healer healed more or used less souls, it could be a good drop.
Even if it gave a 5-second regeneration buff after using, it would be good. Right now, however, it is terrible and
the Totem of Regeneration outclasses it greatly, even in Soul builds.

    Yeah the soul build in general feels like it's gated by itself, there are many alternatives in the game that dont have a soul cost such as the Totem you mentioned and of course radiance being as overpowered as it is. Even if you are thinking about the damage soul artifacts provide fireworks generally out perform that too

    I don't think soul healers are comparable to totems of regeneration. For regeneration totems, you have to stay within the radius and wait for a moment to heal. For soul healers, they can be used instantly at any time as long as you have souls (which aren't rare in the slightest in my experience). They're so different that there's no need to "buff" one to "match" the other.

    I dont have any problem with the first one but I do agree that its stupid that you have to heal your pet and not you. Including bees. Also the Totem or regeneration sucks in comparison. It's better for after combat not in the middle of combat.
