Leech rework idea

I suggest changing so the Leech enchantment gives a percentage of life back every time we hit a mob instead of after killing it.

Level 1: 1% life leeched per hit

Level 2: 2% life leeched per hit

Level 3: 3% life leeched per hit

    It definitely needs some sort of buff but you'd have to make it significantly better than just 3% if you ever want it to compete with radiance. Maybe it gives a certain amount of overheal or maybe both the healing after kill and life steal effects at once

    Yup, leech is never picked for my group.
