Obtaining Ender Portal Frames

End Portal Frames should be able to be broken and placed in different areas on the command of the holder in survival, while also being able to reactivate. It can open new door for world owners that are looking for new unique designs to build. I was thinking that the only way they could be broken is by putting a "corrupt" eye of ender onto the all the frames which will then break them and make them be able to be picked up. Once picked up the corrupt eye of enders will delete from the world and the frames will be unusable. They can be reactivated by repairing the frames with valuable resources such as diamonds. Once completed you can just gather regular eye of enders and to the process. The corrupt eyes could be obtained by facing a mob much like the wither that will drop the eye. Just like the regular eye, you will need 12. They may also have a limit of 12 in your inventory so that it can prevent griefing, although you can still get more. One way to be punished by having to much is to take damage until you die if you hold them for too long. All this will take to grinding to perform but in the end I feel like it would be a great feature.
