Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bow Strings

These could be made in the fletchers table. They would boost the bows accuracy at long range. Maybe the damage too. These would not replace or increase the bows durability.

    I think different kinds of bows from the wood types, and possibly armor tiers, would be better, because the different types could provide different pros and cons, and be visually different.

    Yeah that'd be cool. But I agree with Plutonic. I like the idea of getting different perks from these different wood variations. Although combining these two ideas could be cool. Creating bows with different advantages and then amplifying those advantages with bow strings could really create a unique concept for archery in Minecraft. And maybe certain enchantments would only work depending on the bow type.
