Salvage buy back timer

Change the "unsalvage" from until you click away to a buy back option that stores anything you salvaged in the last 5 minutes.

    yes, just having a small salvage undo button after completing is good but 5 minutes too strong olny mabye 5 seconds while in a match and 10 while at camp.

    Maybe add a salvage bin where the items you salvage go and you need to empty it to completly destroy them. You could also unsavage items from there.
