The idea`s pretty simple enough; a new treasure item to fish would be a "Map in a Bucket". When you place the water, a random exploration map appears; buried treasure, desert pyramid, jungle explorer, etc. It would really help open up the game and incite adventures, and it`d be pretty funny.
