I agree, it's stupid that our arrows suddenly disappear while we get to keep everything else. Also should be able to buy arrow bundles from villager merchants.

If this is fixed, then I believe full archer builds will be possible

And maybe be able to buy arrows at your camp for emeralds?

That would make possible to farm arrows, which would get you endless arrows, so it's a big no-no-no. What they could do is remove the arrows feature and just let your bow fire forever. However, you have limited arrows for a reason. Fighting from afar is a lot easier than fighting hand-to-hand. And there are already equipment and enchantments that allow you to get more arrows in your dungeon runs.

Also arrows should stop changing rarity based in the bow equipped. Players should deal with the consequences of having a bow that's too slow/fast.

But Layla Mon actually has a good point. Collecting too many arrows can be overpowered. I think this can be solved by adding a cap to the amount of arrows a player can carry (like 1024 or 999).

Full ranged builds or close to it are possible, but harder to do.

A good way to make it easier would be to reduce the cooldown on some skills (down to 15 or 20 sec instead of 30 sec, not sure of the right number). That way you don't need as much Cooldown reduction. And if the cooldown is lower then you can use flaming quiver and fireworks arrow more often which is easier on arrows comsuption considering these skill don't use the "arrow count". Also Infinity enchant affect these skill which helps a lot too.

Torment quiver is diffrent because you mostly need a melee weapon to regain souls. Infinity enchant isn't even needed unless (maybe) if you can't gain souls fast enough.

If you go for an hybrid build, in general  Infinity enchant will be 95% of the time more than enough. That said I dunno if by design the devs expect people to use a bit of melee and a bit of ranged attacks.

As it been said ranged can be really powerfull, 100% cooldown reduction + firecracker skill and a multishot crossbow (Harp)  and you are good to go. It's powerfull to the point where you wonder if that should exist.

And from what i've seen Torment Quiver is really good too just look for "Minecraft Dungeon OP Cleave Build Showcase" on youtube. The build could be more powerfull with a good Splending Robe (+50% artifact damage) but his build is nicely done.

its a good idea I find myself frustrated some times by my lake of arrows, but there would have to be a cap at like 500 or something.

No that would make the game completely unbalanced.

There should at least be a pattern or a cap on the arrows.  I just finished a run with close to 1,000 arrows.  Back at camp I am down to 80.  If I tried really hard to use my melee weapon in this dungeon knowing that I need the long-range capabilities in the next dungeon, I should be able to keep at least half of them...

This is absolutely annoying! I finish usually with 300+ arrows and to see all that work disappear is upsetting. Maybe Cap arrows at 1,500 which would be a good middle ground.
