Hardened Gravel

Hardened Gravel is a block like stone but gravel! The useful thing is that you can get it without using a pickaxe and they can be found inside a core of gravel. The use of it is they can create stone tools, if you can't find stone... They can also be polished to be "Polished Hardened Gravel" And they can be stairs slabs. The attack damage of it is 4 hearts that way it can be fair. And for mining its a little faster than a regular Stone pickaxe just like 3% fast?.. That's it for my idea for Hardened Gravel.
