A block that spiders cannot climb

I have been trying to design an automatic spider farm but have found the killing mechanism very difficult due to spiders veing able to climb every solid block. having a block that they cannot climb would allow cool spider specific farms which we have still had a hard time creating ince their addition in alpha.

    Try using semi transparent block such as fences and panes.

    They cant climb glass

    I have tried every block and spiders can climb them all so frustrating.
