A bucket of ice

You can get a bucket of ice by right clicking an ice block with a bucket. You can also have buckets of packed ice and blue ice, and you can even combine these different buckets together, to make a mixed ice bucket. Then you can dispense the bucket from a dispenser, and it will shoot out little ice particles, which make you shiver when you stand on them (that's actually a good feature to put on ice blocks without the buckets.) If there is a frostbite bar, you'd get cold very fast on the particles. And if you dispense a bucket of ice on top of you, you get an achievement called, "The real ice bucket challenge."
