Sensitive Enderman/Enderman Rebalance/Scarier Enderman

The problem: After the first few times you meet the Enderman you begin to understand them and how close you can look at them without them becoming hostile making them NOT scary.

1st solution: Increase the aggression range around your crosshair x2 then multiply it by difficulty:

Easy = 2x, Normal = x4, Hard x8.

2nd solution: Decrease the time you have to look at an Enderman to make it hostile according to difficulty:

Easy = 1 Sec, Normal = 0.5 Sec, Hard = 0.1 Sec.
