Comparators produce higher signal for pitch on note blocks and jukeboxes

This would be really cool for secret doors if you played a certain music disc or note and then you can go into your secret base, or for a lighting system that is in tune with your note block/jukebox. If you think about it there are so many possibilities.

    Right now it detects what disc it is, but to make a varying signal would be awesome with the new Pigstep Disc!!

    I think it's good how it is with jukeboxes, but it would be a fun addition for note blocks. The only problem is that there are 26 (I think?) notes on a jukebox and only 16 signal strengths.
