Different heights for crops and grass

You would be able to hold shift and right-click a shear, and then a menu will pop up showing you 5 different height variants, once you have selected one you can right-click a piece of grass, carrot, wheat ect. and it would change the height of that block, and the shear would take damage just like you were breaking a block with it. This would be mainly used for decoration. I would also love it if these half crops would generate naturally along with the normal variants.
