Test TNT

I think that there should be a block of TNT that behaves exactly like normal TNT except when it explodes it doesn't actually break any blocks. I think this block of TNT should also be a different color like blue so you know that it's test TNT and I also think that this item should only be available in the creative menu because I think it would be weird to have it be accessible in survival (kind of like how petrified oak slabs are only available in the creative menu because they wouldn't fit into survival).

    Oh also I forgot to add that this could be used to test TNT contraptions in creative but if you make a mistake there aren't any side effects.

    I think that if you crouch then it shows you what would happen if it was real.
