Adopt .pk3 format for datapacks

.pk3 is essentially just a renamed .zip folder, used by the quake and doom communities to tell the user that they do not need to extract the folder, among other things- this would be very helpful in minecraft, as it can be very unclear for datapack users which datapacks need to be unzipped and which should be left alone

  what do you mean? if it's a .mcpack you should be good to go.
