So I already made a post similar to this but went WAY into detail and saw the guild lines and knew I had to redo it. So I'm going to answer the 3 questions.

1. What’s the area look like?

Dark and gloomy (grey, purple, black and not much light)

2. Why do I want to go there?

New: Mobs, Ores, and Enchantments

3. What makes my biome/dimension different than every single biome I can see in Minecraft?

It's difficult and made for endgame gear (enchanted netherite) and is only accessible by mining bedrock with a netherite Pickaxe

  Maybe as a biome in the end islands.

  I like the idea, but can you specify what mobs/ores/enchantments you were thinking of?

  Ah ok. 

  I think there should be an ingredient that allows you to brew potions of levitation.
