Projectile Protection Should Protect Against Guardian Lasers

The Projectile Protection Enchantment should help protect from the lasers shot by Guardians and Elder Gaurdians, and maybe give a chance that the mining fatigue status effect will be reduced (time), or even blocked altogether.
