Iron Golem mob cap - A way to stop golems overflowing villages!

Hi!

The current mechanics seem to lead to the possibility of a limitless amount of iron golems spawning near a group of villagers. This makes creating custom villages with many villagers close together nearly impossible. The iron golems can easily outnumber the villagers and overflow the entire village.

A mob cap specific to iron golems (per chunk, per villager, etc.) could help prevent this. 

If the excessive spawning of golems is a feature that's working as intended, maybe an in-game option or command to lower the spawning of iron golems would be just as useful.

The new update shows that improving golems is something that is being worked on, so I hope this change could be made in the future!
