Upgradable tools with hoes should be rewarded with faster growing times

Currently, upgrading one's hoes tools can be a bit of a waste, as they don't provide much value

However, I feel the game could be improved by making it that if one tills a grass block with a higher tool, the crop placed on that block can grow slightly faster.

Usual Minecraft order I would assume (wood, stone, iron, diamond, netherite, gold)
