    Black stone is supposed to be like the nether’s stone.

    Imagine trying to open a door made entirely of stone in real life.

    Maybe we could also have cobblestone or stone doors, too!

    How would we open a door made of rock.

    I can see solid stone doors, requiring a lever or button, but cobblestone would just look weird and make little sense.
