Blackstone generator

Blackstone should be generated when lava touches blue or packed ice, without soul soil below

    I would like to see them implement a way to have water in the Nether, and to be able to use the same set up as the regular cobblestone generator. Suppose that you you could have water in the Nether only if it was directly on top of blue ice (hypothetically cooling it enough to keep it in from evaporating). I think it would be neat if the same configurations worked similarly, but were dimension dependent, so in the overworld lava and water always make cobblestone, but in the Nether they always make blackstone, and only in the Nether.

    alternatively lava could have a chance to become Blackstone instead of only obsidian.
    challenging game progression and making Blackstone renewable through infinite lava.
