Gamerule for zombifying piglins and hoglins

For players who don't want to deal with /data merge to keep piglins and hoglins from zombifying, I think this would be a great idea. Also, you can't really use /data on Bedrock edition, so this gamerule would be useful there, too.

    We need a Gamerule to prevent all piglins and hoglins from zombifying overall, and not just specific individual entities one by one. Optionally, there could be different gamerules for piglins and for hoglins. It feels like it should be just how it is by stansard and someone forgot to actually add it to the game.
