Eye of Ender leads to End Cities

Essentially has the same mechanic as it does in the Overworld. When thrown in the End, the Eye of Ender would lead the player in the direction of the nearest End City. This could potentially be useful because End Cities are considered 'uncommon' and can be far and few between, and it would add another use to an item otherwise useless after the player has located and activated the End Portal.
