A new block that destroys what falls on it (like torches do)

Using torches to break gravity affected block is a useful feature, but the fact that a torch can destroy a block of gravel or even an anvil doesn't make so much sense. Maybe a new block could be added with this function, and torches will just break instead. It could be a simple triangolar block, crafted with a flint and a cobblestone block or even with a cobblestone block alone...
