Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Adding extra glowstone and redstone to potions

Right now you can only add 1 redstone or 1 glowstone to potions so I’m proposing you can add a maximum of four enchancers. This would allow for potions up to level 5 or potions with 4 extra duration levels or anything in between. This would really add to the potion aspect of Minecraft and to balance it out maybe for each extra level of glowstone or redstone it should cost more so for example to enchance a potion to level 2 it should cost 1 glowstone but to enchance a level 2 to level 3 it should cost 5 etc... the same would apply to redstone. The specifics are not set in stone but I think the idea would add a lot to Minecraft.

    That would mean some potions would last past 5 minutes, or allow you to do unheard of amounts of damage. And because of the availability of redstone and gliwstone, this is op.

    while this could be considered op, it is really hard to farm glowstone and the only real way to do that is to make a witch farm and keep in mind that witches have like 9 drops. Also potions take up one inventory space and splash potions only go so far.
