Campfire Silktouch

When crafting a campfire, it makes sense that it would be unlit, but when you need to light it, you simply use the flint and steel, as you would at the moment. If you destroy the campfire, it would drop a piece of charcoal and the unlit campfire, but if you mined it with a silk touch tool, the lit campfire would drop.

I think that this is an idea that just seems to make sense!
