(re-edited) New Enchantment for Weapons: Quick Attack

The new enchantment allows the player who holding the enchanted weapon (axe, sword, trident..) to attack faster like in 1.8.
The enchantment "Quick Attack" has 4 levels: level 1 - attacks 0.2 sec faster
level 2 - attacks more 0.2 sec and the same till level 4.
This enchantment can't go with the "Sweeping Edge" enchantment but it is the only weak of that enchantment.
This enchantment can be found in: spawner chests, abandoned mineshafts, villager trades and in the woodland mansion.
