It will be a baby villager, who has had his skin painted/dyed to grey by the illagers. He will be kept hostage in the pillager outposts, in a small prison within them. The pillagers stole him from the village in a raid. The pillagers and the other illagers won't like him, but they will not attack him. In raids, he will be used as a distraction for the iron golem. He will lure him away, from the other illagers and then run away, so the illagers have a bit more time to raid. If you come to a pillager outpost, there's a chance, that there will be a small cage/prison inside, in which, the Allager will be kept and locked in. If you decide to help him, you can set him free and lead him out of there. In that case, the pillagers will start attacking not only you, but also the Allager. If you somehow manage to escape and lead him into a village, you will get the achievment, Hero Of The Village, and also, You Brought My Son Back!, or something along those lines. The Allager will then wash the paint/dye from his face and give you free stuff forever (or something else, I haven't really thought of that). However, if you decide not to help him, you will get the, Bad Omen, effect.
