Fire resistance effect is obtrusive

When the fire resistance effect is applied, stepping in fire or lava will still make the player catch on fire even if you're not taking damage which can sometimes be obtrusive.

Instead, fire resistance should make it so that the player does not catch on fire at all, making building in environments like the nether more accessible.

    I liked the idea! It´s just an additional thing without affect the power of the potion. You have a benefit, since you had to put effort to make the potion, but without make the potion OP.  Voted!
