Make Bane of Arthopods Combinable with Smite

Please buff Bane of Arthropods, it's borderline useless with how many better options there are. With smite you are Insanely good against Zombies, Husks, Drowneds, Strays, Phantoms, Withered Skeletons, Skeletons, Zombie Pigmen, and the Wither. With Bane of Arthropods V, you are better against Spiders, Cave Spiders, Bees, Silverfish, and Endermites. That's it. Why would you ever use Bane of Arthropods when Smite and Sharpness exist? That's why I say Bane of Arthropods should be combinable with Smite, It would make it so your more effective against specialized enemies like undead ones and jumpier ones like spiders, with the trade-off that you are weaker to Creepers, Pillagers and other players, which I find perfectly fair. If that seems too overpowered then you could just make Creepers or Phantoms classified as Arthropods which would singlehandedly make Bane of Arthropods viable. Phantoms literally have a skeleton shape on their texture so it makes no sense that they aren't classified as one.
