Removing Bedrock Nether Portal Linking

The linked nether-portals in Minecraft Bedrock edition are extremely annoying. We can’t make nether highways, which are a large part of an advanced survival game, and in competitive multiplayer games you can just walk into other people’s bases. (Usually the most advanced player too, since the first portal to be placed is where you come out.) Plus since the portals are linked, you can’t explore new places in the nether as easily. The portals are separate in Java, so it shouldn’t be very difficult to implement this feature into Bedrock. I think it would be a great idea to make this feature come out with the rest of the Bedrock Nether Update if possible. Thanks for reading!

    I agree with you whole-heartedly. It's really annoying. We were doing a PVP world with a bunch of my friends, and our opponents ended up with a portal first, so whenever we had to go to the nether they had to give us a free walk. Though it still does work, its just a very large distance away. I found the stronghold in that world about 3000 blocks away, and figured I'd portal, but it actually did two separate portals, so I wasn't able to do what I needed and had to walk all the way back. Using the headless piston trick, I mined the portal, and put it into our base. So, to make a long story short, the portals do work, just not nearly as efficiently as java edition.

    Its so bad. I have a portal over 2000 blocks away and it somehow still linked to my base.
