upside down

make it so that hoppers can be upside down and rails can be on the side and bottom of blocks

    At first I had an aversion to the idea, but then I started thinking about chairlifts. It might be a neat way to transport stuff, but maybe new items/blocks rather than rails would be appropriate--unless the idea is just the rails for decoration.
