Wedges

They would be like stairs but would be smooth and you would craft them only on stonecutters.

    So, a ramp. I'm not sure if they'd add it, but it would be interesting.

    The whole uniqueness of Minecraft is the block aspect of it. A ramp is a triangle. Plus, they have stated they aren't gonna add this.

    I would extend this and actually allow you to build out from the slope. It would allow you to build things in 45 degree angles. Blasphemy, i know..but flexible.
