Soul soil carpets

When soul fire was added to snapshots people wanted to be able to put soul fire on all blocks, not just soul soil/sand so a solution for that would be a new block, soul soil carpets. soul soil carpets would be crafted the same way any other slab or carpet, but with soul soil. A soil soil carpet would be the same height as a carpet but have the texture and the property of giving speed with soul speed of soul soil. The main use of soul soil carpets is that it could be set on fire and emit soul fire while maintaining the block below the carpet. This would be great for builders when using soul fire in builds so they are not limited by having the block below the fire being soul sand or soul soil.
