Remove support or limit support for older mobile devices

Old Mobile devices are severely limiting the features that can be added into the bedrock version. Amplified Terrain for example, even normal terrain being far, far less impressive then java, why shouldn’t people that have the devices be able to use the features just because some people still play on 7 year old phone’s? The limited seeds, with a 32 bit seed generator, just because some people still play on 32 bit phones why does that  mean the bedrock version has millions fewer seeds then java. Offhand slots, why should Console and windows 10 players not be able to fully use such a good feature because of mobile users???

if the Minecraft team at least limited the support for mobile, having features that are just not available on older phones that would make the gameplay experience far better for everyone else
