(Java Parity) Place Flower Pots on Leaf Blocks

Being able to place flower pots on leaves (and other blocks they can be placed on in Java) would look great for builds.

    In Java Minecraft, you can place flower pots anywhere. They don't need support.

    I would love this feature! As a bedrock player who likes to build, I come into this problem quite often. Also, I think it should be able to float.
