Sand And Gravel Should Squish Kelp And Seaweed

One of the most frustrating things about Minecraft is how when you put sand above kelp and seaweed in the ocean, the sand reverts back to an entity block. As one of the only blocks to have weight, this is really annoying.

What I think should happen is what would actually happen if a block of sand were to land on kelp or seaweed. Which is to say the kelp would get squished with the pieces of kelp floating up to the surface. Same for gravel. Seaweed would just get squished period. That's all.
