When eating on a minecart, you get the nausea effect

I'm not sure if this has been done before, but I think it would be a fun edition when eating on a minecart (or maybe even a horse or boat) you got the nausea effect for a few seconds! 

The longer you're on the horse or boat or minecart or the more food you eat, the longer you are nauseous for afterwards! Not sure what it could be used for, but maybe someone could make up a minigame related to it! :)
