Make Smite and Bane of Arthropods Compatible

If you asked what the most useless enchantment was in Minecraft, most people would say BoA due to a Sharpness 5 Fire Aspect 2 sword being able to one shot spiders, which has the highest health out of all the Arthropods. And even if it didn’t, it wouldn’t be worth making another sword to save one click. But swords with Smite don’t one shot it, and a lot of players tend to have a have a Smite sword for wither farming, so why not put BoA on it? Overall it’ll give BoA at least a little bit of use. (Of course the xp cost of enchantments on swords might need tweaking to fit it in without being “Too Expensive!”, which I think needs to be nerfed anyways.)
