A new enchantment book - Slipstream

Hello!-

I know that elytras are one of if not the fastest way to travel in Minecraft. But, I believe that a new enchantment book called Slipstream would be a cool feature. This enchantment would allow users to press a key, button, or any sort-of way to cause input into the game. When this enchantment is activated by a button, it would allow users to go 1.5x faster than normal while using an elytra (of course while using rockets). This enchantment would have a 45-second cooldown time. This enchantment would be active for just 10 seconds. I believe that this enchantment book would be found in end cities. This enchantment should be pretty rare. I also believe that this enchantment should just have one level, i.e. Slipstream I. I believe that this enchantment would allow for players to enjoy faster travel, along with quicker and more enjoyable exploration.
