Catch the Effect

Lingering potions are great additions to the game. But what if you could catch the effect in a bottle if you have a water bottle? It could save you from a terrible death or be a late game alternative to getting same potion of one type.

Note, it would have to be one or the other because you can't really get multiple potions if it's empty one time after catching it.
