Make the Outer End Islands their own Dimension

20w14~ has shown us it is possible to add more dimensions to Minecraft, so I suggest the outer end islands to be their own dimension. This means the old End is back, while the new End can be accessed only by entering the End gateway. It always felt weird that the outer End islands suddenly appear after about 1000 blocks away, and I always thought it was unbalanced that the ender dragon fight can be avoided using a few stacks of logs. Maybe each End gateway can have its own randomly generated outer End dimension as well.
