Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Phoenix Blossom (Image Included)

The Nether is now a unique place to live in Minecraft, but does not have nearly as much opportunity for decoration as the overworld. New flowers may also open new brewing opportunities.

  • Phoenix Blossoms grow in the Basalt Delta on Basalt. This flower represents the Phoenix rising from the ashes. This may be brewed to the Potion of Luminance, which emits a blinding light that confuses nearby (weak) mobs.

    I think there is a similar post about something growing in the basalt deltas.

    Basalt deltas should have zero signs of life.

    Not that this is a bad idea, but I think the point of the basalt deltas was it to be rocky and barren. The flower is good, but it doesn't fit in with the purpose of the biome.
