Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Nether Conduit

A nether Conduit could be crafted using 1 nether star and 4 Netherite Ingots. It requires 1 netherite block above and below it to activate. When active, all players within range will have permanent fire resistance, be able to see normally in lava, be able to swim in lava like they were in water, be able to move faster in lava using depth strider, and can turn lava to stone (Temporarily) using frost walker. It has a range of 96 blocks.

    It seems expensive, but with all the effects it has, I think it'd be worth it. Maybe instead of two netherite blocks though, it could be more like surrounding with at least 15 blocks of basalt or blackstone, or something of the like.

    Make it work like a nether equivalent of the conduit. It might even just be a conduit used with lava and netharite rather than water and prismarine. Also, you could replace the netherite with guided blackstone.

    While I agree with most of the stuff you said, I feel like the nether star being used to make it is a little much. While the wither itself is easy (especially when you put it in a cave) the grind required to summon it is not worth using the star on the conduit (I have the same feeling towards the beacon).

    The problem I see is that normal conduits have to have a structure built in the water to work, so for this to work you would have to go in the lava first to build a structure

    I do like the idea of being able to see through lava like water, especially if there are nether sea creatures, nether reefs, and maybe sunken ships, possibly metal steamboats.

    Also, it should give you flame and fire aspect on all of your tools. It would also give the Nether Star a purpose beside beacons.
