Nether builds like over world

So, everything you build in the over world is made in the nether but as a nether version. Or stuff in a radius of world spawn or a portal. Therefore if you build a hour out of wood and stone or bricks. It make sure it as warped or crimson wood with nether bricks and if cobble is used then that is netherack?
