On the Bedrock Edition, all trees in a snow biome gradually become covered in snow and change to a pure white color when it snows. Unfortunately there is no way to keep the trees looking like that, because when the storm is over, the color goes back to normal.
I would like both Bedrock and Java editions of Minecraft to give players the ability to create these leaves at will. To do this, the player should be able to use a Silk Touch tool to obtain snow layers, and then "use" the snow layers to increase the "frost level" of a leaf block one at a time until they get the color they want. Any leaf blocks that have snow applied to them in this manner would permanently retain it, even when the player picks the leaf block back up. This would allow players to sell all of the different kinds of frosted leaves in addition to the regular ones in shops, while also adding a very large number of new leaf colors to use in builds with minimal work.
Another feature could also be added to cauldrons, which the player could use to "wash" the snow off of the leaves.
