Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Glass cutter

I like to build a lot with glass, but in the early game there is no way to keep missplaced pieces.  I would like to see an item called the glass cutter added. (inspired by the extra utilities mod).  I think it would be balanced if it could only cut glowstone, glass, glass panes, and sea lanters.  To make it easy to get but not super OP, i think that it having a durability of 150, and craft it with 2 sticks and 1 iron (shovel recipe but instead from bottom to top, bottom left to top right corners of the crafting table.

    I had the idea that the crafting recept can be a scissor with two diamonds

    This glass cutter should instantly break glass with max efficiency enchantment. Currently with a max pick axe it takes a long time to mine glass.
