Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Lapis Necklace

I have an idea for a new item called the Lapis Necklace. It is an item that you can put in your chestplate slot, doesn't give the wearer any protection whatsoever, but affects the wearer with the Luck effect. The Lapis Necklace should still take durability even though it doesn't give any protection. To craft the lapis necklace, you need one lapis lazuli, one gold nugget, and two string. It will be crafted like shown below

G = Gold Nugget

L = Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli is actually worn in real life usually to bring good luck or fortune. The Lapis Necklace should be added because

a. It gives Lapis another use besides enchanting

and

b. It gives the player another way to get the Luck effect, asides from a gift from the fletcher

    i was thinking something more like a lapis necklace that you put in helmet slot and if you have with you any hostile mob, and you give him the lapis necklace, after like 2 minutes, it will be friendly with you.
